In a multicenter prospective observational study, the biomarker-agnostic plasma proteomics classifier ADAPT-MS, validated across five independent cohorts (n=623) from a discovery set of 1062 patients, achieved a summary AUC of 0.835 (range 0.779–0.904) for discriminating malignant from benign adnexal masses.
